Jaime Krone, LCSW
Jaime is the founder and lead therapist for The Life Lesson Center; she is licensed to practice in TN, AR, FL, and MS. She received her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2018. Jaime is a student of Dr. Leslie Korn's integrative mental health theories, and she holds the Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) designation. Additionally, Jaime is a Positive Discipline parent educator and certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist (TFCBT).
Jaime brings a wealth of knowledge into sessions, teaching and guiding clients through traditional theoretical approaches and energy methods, like Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and Acceptance and Integration Training (AAIT), to aid in self-empowerment and somatic healing. She has provided therapeutic services in school settings, agencies, crisis, consulting, and government contracting. Additionally, she conducts trainings for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on behalf of a major insurance carrier. Her treatment model is eclectic and tailored to the client's need and response.
Jaime is a military retiree and empty nester in a blended family. In her spare time, she enjoys resting, traveling, and studying cultural anthropology and herbal remedies.
Christiana Flores
Christiana provides support through social media engagement, content creation, and parent education.
A proud graduate of the University of Memphis, Christiana holds a Bachelors of Art in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and French. She has extensive experience in facilitating positive outcomes for school-aged children. Christiana inspires awareness and conversation about mental health, with creativity and passion.
Dedicated to mental health advocacy, Christiana aims to provide valuable information and support to individuals and families through various platforms, including newsletters and social media. Future plans include a career in counseling for children and their families.
