Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is an important treatment that invites clients to examine core beliefs, schemas, values, and relationship to self and others. There are several theoretical approaches used by clinicians at The Life Lesson Center, to include, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Psychology, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Jungian, and Trauma Focused CBT.
