We offer a free 15-minute consultation.

We are in-network for some insurance companies, and we provide a sliding scale through Open Path Collective. For private pay clients, we offer a superbill for you to file through your insurance.

Intake appointments are 60 minutes and individual therapy sessions are typically 45-50 minutes. Stress buster energy treatments are 30-45 minutes.

Group therapy is an opportunity to work with others who have similar challenges. It is led by a mental health professional and is topic oriented. Offerings and cost will be announced through the "events" section when applicable.

Currently, we provide telehealth only.  We have received additional training in delivering a quality, allied, telehealth experience.  Additionally, we utilize a HIPAA compliant platform.

The Life Lesson Center uses evidenced-based, peer reviewed approaches to treatment.
